British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Data Insights & Reporting Analyst in Bucharest!

You will be responsible for designing and delivering actionable performance reports & closely interact with BAT managers and the result of your work will be used for performance reviews and potential improvement initiatives

Your key responsibilities will include:

Design and deliver BAT Performance Reports and Dashboards in an accurate and timely manner
Monitor and analyse the Key Performance Indicators for all regions and ensure consistency & accuracy of reported data
Ensure prompt collection of information from all internal collaborators
Provide results, insights and ad hoc analysis to BAT entities and internal groups
Support analytics agenda within the organization and provide assistance to Managers
Identify and drive improvement initiatives within the Global Performance Reporting team with focus on automation, simplification and process standardisation.

What are we looking for?

Good analytical and numerical skills, able to work with big data
Microsoft Office tools proficiency (Excel & Power Point)
Exposure to SAP/ERP/Big data system with an understanding of transactional data and its flow within various modules
Proficiency in English
Committed to delivering excellent service and improvement initiatives
