a EUR- 1-2 years of accounting/ audit/ tax experience is a plus
a EUR- Good understanding of accounting principles
a EUR- Attention to detail

As a Junior Implementation Consultant at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing the following activities:
a EUR- Work closely with your team in order to define the best approaches and strategies regarding clients and internal processes
a EUR- Assist clients with SAF-T and RO e-factura projects
a EUR- Optimize internal accounting processes for clients
a EUR- Support clients in ERP software implementation
a EUR- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
a EUR- Participate in digital transformation initiatives and any other process improvement projects.
