Your main accountabilities are going to include:
Act as a specialist in Network Delivery and IT Help Desk Operations, contributing to related project delivery in your own area
Interface in coordination with internal and external resources and Local IT (in agreement and collaboration with Local IT Managers).
Contribute to the restoration for all major service incidents, managing all their different phases: from service restoration and impact communication to post incidents reviews
Testing training documentation/materials and training execution.
