Responsibilities :

Corporate matters within Green-On Romania i.e.:

• Support in keeping all public registers for all companies up to date, including the court registry and the ultimate beneficial owners’ registry.
• Participate in supervising and coordinating the day-to-day administration of all companies within Green-On Romania Group, such as maintaining up-to-date internal registers, ledgers, and graphic charts of members of management boards and shareholders.
• Assist with correspondence to and from the companies.
• Help with any additional matters related to legal assistance to the companies.

Commercial Matters:

• Provide assistance in preparing legal opinions or necessary commercial contracts for all companies within Green-On Romania Group related to the development of renewable energy projects (Wind, Solar, BESS), including real estate matters, development matters, procurement matters, etc.

Public Administration:

• Assist in contacting public administration, if required.
• Help coordinate all legal due diligence processes carried out by the companies.
• Assist in monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and help provide appropriate advice on them in advance.
• Help develop and apply necessary systems to ensure the companies comply with all applicable legal and statutory requirements, as well as implementing all Group internal procedures, policies, and practices.
• Provide support to the rest of the organization on ongoing renewable energy matters, procurement, coordination, etc.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
