Lead CX Specialist with German (Hybrid)

Customer Experience Specialist with German
We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist with German to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest Romania. To be successful in this role, you will Perform client request processing in SAP, Compass or NEX, business reporting based on business requirements, following the required frequency, troubleshooting reporting, processing, and troubleshooting according to business requirements; Correct registration of one's activities in the internal evaluation system called Task Tracker, Smart Q, error portal, etc. Can be involved in major transitions, working with the CPS team (SAP process specialists) for SAP internal programs, Siebel, Sales Force, and other systems that might be deployed. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements
  • Analyze new contract bookings for compliance to policy/controls/tax. Record necessary information on country specific sites where applicable. Prepares documentation related to contract changes using approved tools: variations, cancellations, re-bookings and booking updates/corrections.
  • Responsible for review of Time & Material work orders including any pre-invoice requirements and working with field personnel to obtain customer required Purchase Order to process invoice. Support business with access to customer portals including documentation for new/renewal subscriptions to such sites.
  • Depending on customer, prepares the relevant documents (billing authorization process, invoices, work orders, billing forms) and sends them according to customer/contract requirements including loading via customer portals.
  • Supports business with the requisitioning for Indirect Purchasing/Ordering including PPE/Safety materials for safety compliance. Perform analysis and troubleshooting activities based on the business requirements. Manages and reviews contracts billing reports.
  • Work order review and export. Obtains customer documentation - to access customer sites. Delivery follow-ups. Provide various documentation to customer when requested, i.e., insurance, EH & S policy, ethics policy, Secrecy etc). Initiates, get approvals (if necessary) for billing activities related to T&M - time and materials repairs.
Key skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience/Knowledge in administrative support or Customer Support/Service
  • Advanced in German language. Fluency in English
