Machine Learning Engineer

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Python to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning models that provide valuable insights and solutions to drive our business forward. You will work collaboratively with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions and leverage machine learning techniques for a variety of business applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models using Python and libraries like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and Scikit-Learn. Optimize models for production performance
- Collaborate with data teams to clean, preprocess, and structure datasets. Conduct feature engineering to enhance model accuracy and reliability
- Evaluate and refine models with statistical metrics, optimize pipelines, and experiment with techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into ML solutions, and present insights effectively
- Stay current with advancements in machine learning and integrate new technologies and methods as appropriate
- Maintain clear documentation for models, processes, and results, and prepare reports to communicate findings
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in machine learning and statistical modeling with Python
- Strong knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Pandas, and Num Py
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Proficient in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
