Job Description
The skills & experience you need:
- Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics;
- Exposure to Xledger is an advantage;
- Previous work experience in PTP (AP mainly);
- Domain knowledge;
- Proficiency in English;
- PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel;
- Strong verbal/written communication skills;
- Hard Working/Willingness to stretch;
- Self driven in problem analysis and solving;
- Drive for performance, results and improvements proactively;
- Team player, open and co-operative;
- Open to travel if case.
What you'll be doing:
- PO and Non-PO Invoice processing;
- Manage discrepancy resolution and WFL approvals follow-up;
- PR to PO;
- VDM;
- Management of T&E claims (audit, posting, launch payment etc.);
- Helpdesk;
- Payments;
- Self/ Peer reviews of transactions completed;
- Reconciliations;
- Unallocated payment and debit balances management;
- Audit support;
- Ensure asherence to SLA's/KPI's;
- Prepare various reports as per the client and business needs;
- Manade ad-hoc request;
- Maintain updates SOP's;
- Compliance in month end processing.
