The Procurement Analyst is responsible with Purchase Order management and maintaining up to date Standard Operating Procedures in the Procure to Pay department of Molson Coors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and manage purchase requisitons/orders in SAP R/3 or SRM
Follow-up with key stakeholders the Creation/Change form approval and pursue resolution and reconciliations with Accounts Payable department
Provide accurate & timely data analysis and support for all relevant stakeholders
Support and maintain policies, procedures, processes and ensure accuracy

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

Required

Advanced English level
MS Office knowledge
Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Financial acumen / prior experience in Accounts Payable or similar activity

Nice to have

Experience with SAP / other ERP system
Procurement knowledge (PO/contract management)
Prior experience in Shared Service Centers/BPO
