Job Description
- Maintain product data in SAP (BOM, product release, product cancellation, product engineering changes)
- Support in BOM transfer coordination, validation, maintenance and structure.
- Coordination of product engineering changes for Clj P in SAP
- Plant process maintaining and support further development of the PDM processes.
- First level support for production errors;
- Cover SAP key user responsibility for Clj P for area of responsibility.
- Train Clj P employees with SAP transactions and processes needed in their positions, including issuing short instructions and training material specifically for Engineering change management tasks;
- Special tasks for Clj P/TEF, KPI (Key performance indicators) regular reporting.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or Economics;
- Experience of SAP and routings systems (MM module mandatory and SD represent an advantage);
- Reliability;
- Methods and problem solving skills;
- Advanced English knowledge is mandatory, German / Hungarian / French could be an advantage;
- Team orientation, team player;
- Good communication skills;
- Structured and analytic approach;
- Ability to deal with conflicts.
