PRODUCT MANAGER-ROMANIA

Medochemie Romania SRL is looking for a professional and motivated colleague to join our team for the position of Product Manager Diabetes/CNS. Reporting to the Business Retail BUM, the Product Manager will develop and implement long-term and short-term marketing plans, aimed at maximizing both the specific objectives of the products in the portfolio, as well as increasing their market share.

We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Sales team in our offices in Romania.

Duties:

Proactive development of the marketing and promotion mix to meet all agreed brand objectives and customer needs
Regular performance monitoring through appropriate tools and implementation of corrective actions, if necessary
Creation and delivery of operational plans appropriate to the life cycle of the products to optimize the profitability of the company
Advanced understanding and use of all major marketing principles and processes in terms of portfolio management
Development of the clients' perspective through appropriate techniques and/or tools
Provides Medical Representatives with the necessary support to achieve their goals
Creates and develops project calendars for assigned products and all new releases
Organizes the training courses for the products in the portfolio

Qualifications:

Strong experience and excellent professional results in pharmaceutical marketing (Diabetes / CNS are the preferred therapeutic areas)
Adequate higher studies in the medical field/Marketing
Very strong communication skills and leadership potential
Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills
Orientation towards the client and result
Oriented towards working in a team
Advanced level of knowledge of the English language
Good computer skills (master in Excel and Power Point)
