Main responsibilities:
boosting the latest greenfield venture of a holding company which started to expand internationally in the market of rail freight transport, exploring new business opportunities, expanding the customer base throughout Romania

Representation of sales as a field of expertise in Romania, promoting the company's services to potential players in the local market;

initially in close cooperation with the commercial director and managing director of the subsidiary, and later (depending on the level of job training) independently,

organising and conducting business negotiations (face-to-face or online) with new partners,

representing the subsidiary at trade fairs, business events, conferences for networking purposes,

preparing tender documents, preparing quotations, preparing contracts,

mapping competitors and monitoring market trends, supporting management with daily reports, ad-hoc analyses and statements,

participation in the continuous improvement of the pricing methodology.

Our expectations:
higher education degree (specialization is an advantage, but not a requirement)

(Knowledge of (business) English and Romanian, in addition to which knowledge of Hungarian is a distinct advantage in the context of ownership interest

at least 5 years of relevant experience specifically related to rail freight transport (and operation)

Experience in services sales with B2B customer relations in Romania

Currently active - live - network of contacts with companies interested in rail freight transport is also an asset

Ability to work independently, persuasiveness and a systemic approach in addition to a sales attitude

„B” category driving licence and own car with a high degree of mobility and flexibility due to regular monthly company consultations and national representation

Fixed base salary of gross HUF 3000 EUR

Fuel allowance for the use of own car, itemised accounting of accommodation and mobile phone expenses incurred in connection with meetings and negotiations

The location of regular monthly face-to-face consultations can be arranged outside the company's headquarters, even in the nearest large city of residence
