We are looking for a Sales Manager to launch and develop the Romanian market for a global player in animal nutrition and feed additives which operates on 6 continents, with more than 100 distributors worldwide, committed to research and development with a growing portfolio of products.
The company markets its products to over 30 countries and actively implements his enlargement strategy in Eurasian Region, where Romania has an important role.
The suitable profile of the candidate to embrace this position is a proactive, independent, meticulous, responsible, analytical, result-oriented, competitive personality.

Required skills and qualification:

• Master’s degree in veterinary medicine or animal science
• Sales experience
• Fluency in English language
• B category driving license
• Competency in Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Key responsibilities:

• To achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• To identify potential customers within the territory and develop relationships with them to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
• To support distributors and provides training to distributor’s product managers.
• To follow-up orders, logistics, technical support, and customer complaints.
• To collaborates with other members of the sales team, as well as other internal teams such as marketing and product development, to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Continuously to research and gather market intelligence to stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
