Your role:

Responsible for setting the way of working, by learning the team on how to use the Agile principles.
Facilitates adherance to agility/ mentoring the team.
Promotes agility within the team and organization.
Establishing an environment where the team can be effective.
Addressing team sizing and velocity.
Clearing obstacles in the project execution.
Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.

Your profile:

Minimum 3 years in a similar position, IT experience.
Experience in development or product management.
Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles.
Solution-oriented analytical thinking.
Adaptability to change.
Advanced communication skills.
