Your Role as a Senior Credit Analyst

Credit Management: You’ll oversee the processes, procedures, and systems for accounts receivable management and collections. You assess creditworthiness, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely debt collection.
Process Improvement: Take the lead in enhancing our internal credit scoring model and streamline daily operations.
Analysis and Reporting: Prepare analyses for the Credit Committee and support colleagues in communications with credit insurers.
Projects: Lead or participate in projects to optimize our ERP systems (SAP), ensuring our credit policy is always up-to-date.
Team Coaching: Share your expertise and guide team members. You’ll also act as a backup for the Credit Control Supervisor and lead Credit Committee meetings.

You recognize yourself in this

You have a master’s degree in Finance and at least 5 years of experience in Credit Management.
Tech-savvy: Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Power BI (or similar tools).
Experience in credit analysis and modeling, with a keen eye for financial processes.
A strong communicator: You effortlessly switch between various teams and external partners, bringing everyone along in your narrative.
Ability to say no: You’re confident and know when to say 'no' to protect and uphold policy.
Organizational skills: Whether dealing with multiple projects or complex tasks, you keep track of everything and meet your deadlines without stress.
An innovative mindset and experience with change management.
Fluent in Romanian and English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
