• Credit Management: You’ll oversee the processes, procedures, and systems for accounts receivable management and collections. You assess creditworthiness, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely debt collection.
• Process Improvement: Take the lead in enhancing our internal credit scoring model and streamline daily operations.
• Analysis and Reporting: Prepare analyses for the Credit Committee and support colleagues in communications with credit insurers.
• Projects: Lead or participate in projects to optimize our ERP systems (SAP), ensuring our credit policy is always up-to-date.
• Team Coaching: Share your expertise and guide team members. You’ll also act as a backup for the Credit Control Supervisor and lead Credit Committee meetings.

• You have a master’s degree in Finance and at least 5 years of experience in Credit Management.
• Tech-savvy: Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Power BI (or similar tools).
• Experience in credit analysis and modeling, with a keen eye for financial processes.
• A strong communicator: You effortlessly switch between various teams and external partners, bringing everyone along in your narrative.
• Ability to say no: You’re confident and know when to say 'no' to protect and uphold policy.
• Organizational skills: Whether dealing with multiple projects or complex tasks, you keep track of everything and meet your deadlines without stress.
• An innovative mindset and experience with change management.
• Fluent in Romanian and English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
