Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and plans aligned with the organization's goals, objectives, and vision.
Provide leadership and direction to the FO team and continue to drive improvement through standardization, simplification and automation.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of Cash, Accounts Payable and Payroll, and related tasks and reconciliations at month end.

Assist other Finance teams with audits and other compliance related tasks.

Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the organization’s financial operations and performance.

A proven leader with track record of delivering improvements in finance operations.

Solid knowledge of ERP systems (Net Suite is a plus)

Fluency in English both oral and written is a must.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field is preferred.

An effective operator, service-minded, well organized and have a positive can-do attitude.

Analytical minded with great attention to detail and the ability to focus and meet multiple-deliverables in deadlines.

Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
