Project Management - preparing the plan (resource, timeline) for projects, planning and organizing project phases, on-going monitoring, meeting clients' requirements regarding project objectives, deadlines and budget
Preparation and execution of projects - active participation in all stages of conducting research - establishing methodologies and samples, preparing questionnaires and interview guides, training and monitoring the field team, controlling and analysing data, preparing research reports, presenting results to clients
Client management - active involvement in relations with current clients, attending client meetings to present results, identifying needs, consulting on issues related to ongoing projects, consulting on various queries or requirements

Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management
Experience in agribusiness and agricultural practices is essential
Knowledge of data analysis, interpretation and visual presentation
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of English written and spoken
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel - medium or advanced level
Knowledge of market research methodologies is advantageous
Experience in conducting market research is an advantage

Kynetec are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Romania. The successful candidate will be passionate and have experience working within the agricultural sector, have excellent analytical skills and be able to manage complex projects from start to finish. You will also know how to manage both data and customer relations. Ideally you will be able to travel to our office in Cluj-Napoca and work on a hybrid basis.
