​ The Role: Senior Software Engineer
The Team: The Market Intelligence Industry Data Solutions business line provides data technology and services supporting acquisition, ingestion, content management, mastering and distribution to power our Financial Institution Group business and customer needs. Focus on platform scale to support business by following a common data lifecycle that accelerates business value. We provide essential intelligence for Financial Services, Real Estate and Insurance industries
The Impact: The FIG Data Engineering team will be responsible for implementing & maintaining services and/or tools to support existing feed systems which allows users to consume FIG datasets and make FIG data available to a data fabric for wider consumption and processing within the company.

What you'll be working on:
Design and engineer documented and tested components based on standard development models in accordance with business requirements through efficient collaboration with all stakeholders
Build data-intensive applications with data modeling, achieve performance tuning, and apply data architecture concepts.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's / master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent.
5-8 years of experience in application development using Agile and TDD/BDD
Strong Knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, SOLID, multi-tier applications using , .NET, .NET Core, C#, T-SQL or PL/SQL for the past 3 years
AWS knowledge with various technologies like Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, MSK, Docker, etc or Azure/GCP equivalents
Organized and efficient team player, analytical, quick learner, proactive and able to mentor and guide colleagues

​ It's also nice if you have:
Highly recommended skillset in Databricks or Spark with Scala or Python ​
Location: Bucharest, Romania (remote work is also possible, but you need to reside within Romania)
