How you’ll make an impact:
For our amazing International Talent Acquisition team @Ads Wizz (a Sirius XM company) located in Bucharest, we are hiring a Senior Tech Recruiter (Maternity leave coverage).
As a Senior Tech Recruiter with focus on technical Talent Acquisition you will identify, engage, and recruit suitable candidates to join Ads Wizz and all of Sirius XM’s brands.
Your focus will be quality in everything you do, and your main goal will be executing a sustainable Talent Acquisition strategy. This strategy will involve sourcing, referral generation, and providing an exceptional candidate interview experience. You will have a significant autonomy to drive Talent Acquisition results that match the Ads Wizz culture. You will build and expand your global network of engineering talent.

What you'll do:

Manage the Talent Acquisition end to end lifecycle (JD calibration with hiring managers, sourcing, interviews, offers, securing successful candidates) for mainly tech, but also non-tech job openings for Ads Wizz and all of Sirius XM’s brands
Manage recruiting activities and the important task of building candidate relationships
Use direct search techniques (cold-calling, networking) to track down suitable candidates and guide them through recruitment process to offer acceptance
Keep all the necessary correspondence with the selected candidates and offers feedback to candidates regarding their application throughout the recruitment process
Ensure attention to all requests within an adequate response time, assist with job requisition management
Coordinate interview logistics and keep all the necessary correspondence with the hiring managers and selected candidates and offers feedback to candidates regarding their application throughout the recruitment process
Represent the company at job fairs, Tech events and hackathons (online and offline)
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
In charge of the new employee onboarding and integration, along with the hiring manager
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits of ATS data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Perform reporting and strategic analysis on all staffing data and present findings.
Support yearly review on all hiring activity, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all group and local requirements.
Participate in projects and initiatives to support the Talent Acquisition team.
Contribute to collaborative-thinking within the People + Culture Department and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement process.
Performs other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree required, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Law, Economics or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
You have at least 3-5 years previous experience with strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition
Previous experience with a major Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite, i CIMS, Avature etc.) is a plus
Can-do attitude and sense of humor drives you all the way
You find candidates; you don’t wait for them to come to you
You are a master storyteller and engage candidates with your energy and words
You maintain the entire candidate funnel with meticulous attention to detail, always ensuring loops are closed
Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and business units.
You'll show ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, trust and integrity throughout the entire recruiting process
Ability to maintain confidentiality and to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
You have a track-record of successfully working across different cultures and geographies, experience supporting and partnering with geographically dispersed stakeholders and team members
You are open to giving and receiving feedback and constantly want to improve
You are organized and prioritize your work by impact
Ability to take smart risks and champion new ideas, you don't hesitate to look for solutions and alternatives to any problem, before seeking advice from line managers
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Excel - including the ability to perform vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, and audit data as needed, Power Point, Word).
Thorough knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Calendar).
Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
