Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Success Factors Compensation & Variable Pay Certified status;
- 3-5 years of Admin experience with an HRIS system ;
- Previous work experience in HR systems is an advantage, especially knowledge of Saa S/Cloud systems (e.g. Success Factors, Workday);
- Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level;
- Motivation, Interest, Positivism, strong desire to achieve your goals;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong analytical mind, creative spirit;
- Good organizing and client facing skills;
- Fluent English language skills.
Your future role
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert or Workstream Lead for an existing team implementing and deploying Compensation and Variable Pay processes and configuration;
- Guiding PM and counterparts in decision making and strategy to successfully meet project goals and timelines;
- Advising on data migration activities to adhere to overall project strategy from a functional perspective;
- Work in a global team and be motivated to research and provide solutions within the team;
- Both client and internal team steering on all module-related topics (including design and configuration workshops, project phase kickoffs, testing activities etc.).
