Automotive Operations Executive - Automotive Industry

We have an open role for Position Title-Operations Executive - Automotive with a well-established group in Saudi Arabia.
The Operations Executive will oversee and manage the daily operations of all automotive service branches, ensuring seamless functionality, team efficiency, and adherence to company standards. The role includes managing operations, enhancing service quality, and driving sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of all branches.
- Ensure smooth workflow across departments and teams.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Assess staff performance, recognize top performers, and guide underperforming employees to improve.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all branches comply with Health & Safety regulations.
- Monitor and guide appropriate disposal of environmental waste.
- Service Enhancements:
- Collaborate with management and principals to introduce new service menus and upgrades.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and ensure staff compliance with established quality standards.
- Sales & Revenue:
- Achieve sales targets by optimizing service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain service consistency and efficiency.
- Team Training & Development:
- Oversee training programs to build an effective and skilled service team.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory procurement, conduct periodic stock audits, and recommend rectification measures.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with principals and key stakeholders.
- Marketing & Pricing:
- Plan and execute pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards in the automotive service sector.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Proficiency in inventory and stock management.
- Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
