Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of construction activities for substation projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial targets.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Safety Management: Promote a culture of safety on-site, conducting regular safety audits and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
