JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager - Piling to lead and manage piling operations for our infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. As part of our commitment to excellence, you will oversee and coordinate all piling activities to ensure they meet safety, quality, and deadline requirements. Your leadership will be critical in fostering collaboration among various teams and stakeholders while driving project success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all piling activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules specific to piling scope.
• Supervise and coordinate construction crews and subcontractors on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality control throughout the piling process.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design discrepancies and provide technical support.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage budgetary constraints effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on piling operations.
• Strong knowledge of piling methods, techniques, and materials.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
