You will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities, including sales, leasing, marketing, and tenant relations. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
• Oversee sales and leasing activities, ensuring effective negotiation and execution of contracts.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and market presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, contractors, and tenants, to drive business opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and enhancement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in commercial management within the real estate industry.
