We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Compliance (Residential). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residential projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, safeguarding the integrity and reputation of our organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement compliance strategies for residential projects.
Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the lifecycle of residential developments.
Monitor changes to relevant laws and regulations, advising key stakeholders on necessary actions.
Establish and manage effective compliance training programs for staff and stakeholders.
Prepare reports and present compliance findings to senior management and the board.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance compliance frameworks.
Lead investigations into compliance breaches and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
12-15 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on the residential sector preferred.
In-depth knowledge of local and international compliance regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are an advantage.
