As a key member of the company's leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of mobility and security strategies for the organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mobility and security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all personnel, assets, and visitors
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mobility infrastructure, including transportation systems, parking facilities, and pedestrian networks, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement innovative mobility solutions, such as smart transportation technologies and sustainable transportation options
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of mobility and security initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential security threats and emergency situations
• Monitor industry trends and developments related to mobility and security, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization
• Maintain effective relationships with government agencies, law enforcement authorities, and other relevant entities to ensure compliance with regulations and laws

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven track record of at least a minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development

• Developing and implementing successful mobility and security strategies
• Strong knowledge of transportation systems, urban planning principles, and security protocols
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and make informed decisions
