Qiddiya Investment Company, an innovative leader in the entertainment and sports development sector in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and visionary Director - Sports IT Business Relationship Management (BRM). In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in aligning technology solutions with our sports initiatives, ensuring that our IT services effectively support the delivery of exceptional sporting experiences and events.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the IT department and sports business units to align IT strategies with sports operations and organizational goals.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage technology demands across sports initiatives, facilitating successful project alignment and execution.
• Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure high performance and reliability in support of sporting events and operations.
• Promote innovative technology solutions, such as sports analytics and digital engagement tools, that enhance athlete performance and spectator experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to ensure the best technological solutions are provided and integrated into sports operations.
• Monitor industry trends to recommend new technologies that can improve organizational efficiency and enhance the overall sports experience.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT services through feedback from stakeholders and ongoing evaluation of performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Sports Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of relevant experience in IT management, with a focus on the sports industry or related fields.
• Strong understanding of sports operations and the technology solutions that support them.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects that drive business value in a sports context.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex IT challenges.
