Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of entertainment and cultural development in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a visionary leader to join our team as the Director of the Training Academy (Residential). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a comprehensive training and development program for our residential services team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our community.
Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, enhancing the capabilities of our workforce to meet the demands of the fast-evolving residential landscape in Qiddiya.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a strategic training framework for the Training Academy focused on residential services.
• Assess training needs and develop tailored training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of our residential staff.
• Oversee the development of training materials, curricula, and assessments to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Manage the training delivery process, including scheduling, logistics, and speaker coordination.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Foster partnerships with external training entities, educational institutions, and industry experts to leverage additional resources and knowledge.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in training and development, making recommendations for integration into our programs.
• Drive initiatives that promote a culture of learning and development within the residential team, encouraging personal and professional growth.
• Create and manage the budget for the Training Academy, ensuring effective use of resources and cost control.
• Present regular updates and reports on training effectiveness and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the residential services sector.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs that result in measurable performance improvement.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.
