The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring project delivery excellence.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and business objectives to enhance growth and profitability in the electrical contracting sector.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage all phases of electrical projects, from planning and execution to completion and handover, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners; address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; lead bidding processes and negotiations to secure contracts and projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years in the electrical contracting industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• A profound understanding of SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) and the intricacies of the Saudi Arabian Substations sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reports.
