Human Resources Specialist

Note: This position requires work during summer vacation, after hours and weekend hours at peak times
- Demonstrate a commitment to the safety and security of children and young people (child protection).
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of ISG District organization policies, practices and procedures.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle and process confidential data and matters.
- Demonstrate the ability to accurately convey specialized information and data.
- Process Iqama application and renewal for international employees and their dependents.
- Assist new international employees with registration of an Absher account.
- Escort new international employees to Absher office for fingerprints.
- Escort new international employees to a mobile service provider to register and link new numbers to the required portables.
- Process visit, family and business visas.
- Assist new international employees open online bank accounts and to the bank to finalize details.
- Process exit/ re-entry visas for international employees and their dependents.
- Process police clearance certificates for new Saudi employees and non saudi as needed.
- Update passport information in Muqeem, for international employees and their dependents.
- Check Muqeem for traffic violations and inform the employees thereof.
- Process final exit visas for offboarding international employees.
- Process documentation for newborns.
- Process family visit visas as requested, and guide employees with queries.
- Keep all working spreadsheets up to date.
- Coordinate with the finance office regarding Sadad and other payments.

Perform other tasks as assigned by manager and or administrator.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (is preferred).
- Extensive knowledge of national regulation with regard to the nature of business.
- Valid driver’s license.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Experience
- Previous experience in HR or Government Relations.
Skills
- Excellent command in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of national regulations related to HR matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
