Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall design strategy across multiple high-profile projects, ensuring consistency and excellence in design outcomes.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in design leadership roles, with a strong portfolio of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading diverse design teams and complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in advanced design software (e.g., Revit, Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with sustainable and innovative design practices.
