We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Manager - Commercial. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting the commercial strategies of our projects, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing commercial strategies for projects to enhance profitability and market presence
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to drive successful project outcomes
• Support contract negotiations and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Monitor project performance metrics, preparing reports and analyses to inform decision-making
• Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting for commercial activities
• Track and monitor payments to contractors and consultants engaged in the delivery of the assets.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to recommend innovative commercial solutions
• Prepare and present reports to communicate the commercial status of each asset to the wider business.
• Support the development and training of junior team members to foster growth and capability within the commercial team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of 6-9 years of Relative experience in a commercial role, preferably within constructions, real estate projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in financial analysis and commercial management software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
