Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneer in the entertainment sector in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a meticulous and driven individual to join our team as the Manager - IT Quality Assurance. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance processes that ensure the reliability and performance of our IT systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Developing Quality Assurance Policies: Implement and follow QA policies and procedures to ensure product quality.
• Conducting Audits: Regularly conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Managing QA Team: Lead and manage the QA team, including raining, and performance evaluations.
• Analyzing Data: Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as IT Infrastructure and IT Operations, to ensure quality standards are met.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve quality issues promptly to minimize impact on production and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT quality assurance.
• Experience with automation testing tools, frameworks, and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ensure all testing processes and practices comply with industry standards.
