This is an exciting opportunity for a senior executive with experience of scaling up high-growth businesses to join the operating partners team of a large investment fund.
What the job involves

• Lead the transformation and growth of fast-growing businesses in areas like: process optimisation, working capital optimisation, restructuring, organisational design, HR, digital and technology innovation, strategy cost optimisation and sales & marketing

Who we are looking for

• A background in private equity, and/or strategy consulting, and/or senior leadership within high growth businesses
• Experience of leading change in high-growth businesses
• Special expertise of driving change in particular fields are an advantage, such as working with start-ups / VC, digitisation, supply chain, post-merger integration, sales & marketing, cost reduction, pricing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO
• Passionate about the practical business and economic impact, interested in being hands-on in building out the portfolio companies
• Credible with portfolio companies C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
