Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Oversee and coordinate project teams, including internal staff, consultants, and contractors
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
• Implement effective project management processes and best practices
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Experience in the real estate development industry is highly desirable
