JASARA PMC is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Construction Engineer to join our innovative team. In this critical role, you will oversee various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will leverage your engineering expertise to drive the successful execution of projects, making a significant impact on Saudi Arabia's infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of assigned construction projects
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to establish project requirements
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to engineering standards and safety regulations
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely progress
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Review designs and specifications to provide technical guidance and support
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and resolutions
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction engineering and project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
• Professional engineering license is a plus
