We are seeking a high-performing Staff Product Manager to lead product management efforts for OSOS, with a focus on language-based solutions. The Staff Product Manager will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, driving the feature roadmap, and ensuring commercial success to deliver significant value for our customers. We are seeking a high-performing Staff Product Manager to lead product management efforts for OSOS, with a focus on language-based solutions. The Staff Product Manager will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, driving the feature roadmap, and ensuring commercial success to deliver significant value for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of organizational challenges, and proven experience in building and scaling B2B and Saa S-based products.
As a Staff Product Manager , your daily workload might include:
- Define and drive product strategy for language-based product lines, continuously validating assumptions and guiding products toward successful launches and commercialization.
- Engage regularly with customers to capture their needs, pain points, and feedback, integrating this information into the product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop and manage the product feature roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead commercialization efforts, taking products from concept to market readiness, including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Oversee go-to-market (GTM) strategies, partnering with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create impactful launch campaigns that drive customer adoption.
- Manage post-launch activities, such as feature iteration, customer feedback loops, and performance analysis, ensuring the product's ongoing success and alignment with user needs.
- Develop and maintain OKRs and product metrics to measure performance, adoption, and market impact, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing to create compelling messaging, content, and training materials for internal teams and customers, enabling effective product communication.
- Optimize product shelf-life by identifying areas for product enhancements, improvements, or potential retirement, keeping the product portfolio dynamic and relevant.
- Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering their growth and alignment with the product vision and strategy.
Requirements
Our target profile is candidates with...
- BS/MS in a STEM or Business field from a leading institution, or in a related field.
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a preference for candidates from top technology firms.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting product strategy, handling complex trade-offs, and guiding products from conception to commercialization.
- Proven experience in developing and scaling B2B and Saa S-based products, especially language-based solutions or AI-driven products.
- Strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring product teams.
- Familiarity with GTM strategies and post-launch optimization.
- Eagerness to work on products with global impact and potential.
- People management experience is a plus.
