Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Specialist to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient use of warehouse space and resources. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Specialist to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient use of warehouse space and resources. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Organize and maintain inventory in a systematic and orderly manner to optimize space utilization.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment of goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management and assist in resolving issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Specialist or in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control procedures.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience in the Riyadh market or working in the Gulf region.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia.
