Job Description:

• Handle all pre/post procedures care, registration, and counselling.
• Prepare all the necessary forms required prior to medical aesthetic procedure
• Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
• Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries and appointments in Plato system.
• Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients.
• Assist in inventory, ordering, & database management(purchase order entry)
• Assist in maintaining quality service standards.⁠
• Replying to patient enquiries (Phone call, Whats App, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu etc)
• Teamwork with Manager and therapists.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor and supervisor as required.
