About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Alangkaar Pte Ltd. This role is not for the faint-hearted—it demands meticulous planning, systematic execution, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and multitasking, with the stamina to maintain high productivity levels during long working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with the highest quality standards. Utilize project management software to track progress, update tasks, and coordinate with team members.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Follow up on client inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Sales & Customer Service: Participate in sales activities, assist in closing deals, and ensure client satisfaction. Respond to client requests and issues with urgency and efficiency.
- Process Development: Create, implement, and refine processes to ensure a lean and efficient workflow. Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce unnecessary movements.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed plans and schedules for each project, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and delegated. Manage calendars, book appointments, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Multitasking: Handle a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to creative planning, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Adapt quickly to new challenges and learn new skills as needed.
- Physical Fitness: The role requires physical stamina, as it involves long hours and active participation in various tasks. Applicants must be physically fit to meet the demands of the job.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Zoho, Trello, Asana) is essential.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must be quick to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of handling long hours and active tasks. Candidates with a high level of fitness are preferred.
