Admin and Operations Support (Grant Applications)

Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative and operational support to facilitate the process of grant applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support for the grant applications process, which includes:
· Review and check the accuracy and completeness of grant applications to facilitate their processing smoothly.
· Manage all necessary documentation for the grant applications, ensuring compliance and completeness
· Perform data entry accurately and maintain proper filing systems
· Compile and update the progress report, providing timely submission to management
2. Communicate with stakeholders involved in the grant application process, assisting with their enquiries and clarifications.
Requirements:
· Diploma qualifications or above with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience (e.g. account management, administrative support, or customer service)
· Past grant processing or finance related experience would be an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook etc.
· Good communication skills
· Meticulous with an eye for details

Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
