We're on a lookout for a passionate intern to handle the administrative duties of the Company. You must be proactive, high in initiative and have the desire to learn.
Job Requirements:
  • Handle all administrative matters
  • Have a creativity of writing
  • Issuing invoices and ensure clients pay in due time
  • Able to meet with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
  • Hardworking and Passionate for customer service
  • Have a strong willingness to learn
  • High initiative and very proactive
  • Quick-witted and able to think out of the box


Working Location and Hours:
  • Office: VERTEX UBI
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9AM - 6PM
  • Have the opportunity for hybrid work arrangement


Here's what we gotta offer:
  • Intern Salary: $800/month
