Job Responsibilities:

• Daily air import operation, receive pre-alert from overseas office, check if all documents are in order.
• Send arrival notice to customer timely, update system accordingly.
• Communicate with overseas customers , if flight did not arrive as per schedule.
• Attend to all customers' inquiries via telephone or email and to respond timely and accurately to their queries.
• Accrual of costs in system and book in vendor invoices.
• Issue billing to customer on time.
• Follow up payment for COD customer prior to release shipment to customer.
• Compile monthly statistics and reports as required by customer.
• Highlight or update any irregularities and shipment issues to senior / manager for corrective action or attention.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader and department manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O Level and above with 1 year working experience in Air Freight will be advantage.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office preferred
• Possess high initiative with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude with strong mindset to embrace system processes and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.
• Welcome fresh graduate that is enthusiastic for develop in freight forwarding and logistics industry for application.
• Preferably candidates who can commence work within a short notice period.
• 5.5 days work week - alternate Saturday off.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
