Application Technical Lead (C# .Net)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced C# Tech Lead with a strong background in C# .Net and MSSQL to lead an in-house development team in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for technology, leadership, and driving innovation within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, ensuring project goals and timelines are met
- Design, develop, and implement custom-built applications using C#, .Net framework and MSSQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring reliability and stability
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Jenkins and Octopus
- Maintain coding standards and best practices, conducting code reviews to ensure quality and security
- 5+ years of C# software development (ASP.Net / WPF)
- MSSQL database management and optimization
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation
- Familiarity with Octopus Deploy for deployment automation
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
