We are hiring a Assistant Manager, who is is responsible for setting the rehearsal schedule, and ensuring that the entire project stays on schedule. This involves managing a variety of different groups and processes, and requires a careful attention to detail.
- Work closely with artistes, band, music directors and technical team
- Planning and managing production schedules
- Conceptualisation of show
- Developing show rundown
- Planning rehearsals
- Overseeing the production process including choreography, performances and lighting
- Ensuring a project stays within budget and on schedule

Executing and monitoring show
Skills required:
- Ability to multi-task and process information efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and delegate projects
- Knowledge of television or film production, camera operation, audio control, switching and directing
- Ability to work flexible hours, under tight deadline pressure
