As an Automotive Admin, you will be responsible for managing loan submissions and working closely with financial institutions to help customers finance their electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage loan submissions and coordinate with financial institutions to support customers in financing their vehicle purchases.
- Handle car registration processes with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and motivation to front-line staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Attend to any ad-hoc duties such as administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, or coordination with external vendors as needed.
· Prior experience as a customer service advisor in the automotive industry is preferred.
· Familiarity with LTA vehicle registration processes and loan submission procedures is an advantage.
· Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with training provided.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
