Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send customer invoices for utilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues.
- Prepare monthly and daily settlement reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of bills and settlements.
- Collaborate with internal departments for accurate customer information.
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve issues.
- Prepare financial and billing-related reports as needed.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or IT.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; a team player.
