BIM Drawing Manager

- Involve and lead in checking and coordination of Shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (e.g., Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works)
- Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications
- Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule.
- Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants.
- Manage receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings
- Liaise and coordinate with Consultants, Authorities and Subcontractors on design issues.
- Assist the Project team on technical and coordination issues with Subcontractors.
- Attend and chair design technical meetings with Consultants and Subcontractors
- Assist the Project contracts department in variation order claims related to design changes.
- Recognized Degree in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction or equivalent
- Min 10 years of experience in drawing coordination and management in the Singapore Construction Industry
- Well versed in Autocad, Revit/BIM software in Architectural/ Structural/ MEP. Candidates with experience in BIM projects are at an added advantage.
- Good understanding of the Singapore Construction Industry regulations (eg. Building code, BCA, URA and LTA)
- Experience in leading a team of coordinators and drafters in Shop drawing production, coordination, and document control.
- A strong team player with strong initiative, independence, good communication skill, and ability to multi-task.
- Advantage to the candidate with knowledge in Specialist trade works eg Curtainwall, Stone and Interior design works.
