Business Analyst (Retail / CPG, Salesforce CRM)

Looking for Business Analyst for the Discovery and Design phases of the project to support the program manager in doing the following:
- Document as-is functionalities and integration landscape of current CRM system in SAPMENA.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements of the Project, defining the functional specification and business requirement of the to-be model
- Internal Stakeholders consist of overall Project Program Manager, Technical Architects, Product Owners, Integration Managers, Business Analysts, Business stakeholders etc. both at local and Zone/Regional level.
- External stakeholders consist of technical vendors who build or maintain the products within Project or to be integrated with Project.
- Work with solutions architect to translate functional specification and business requirements into user stories in the product backlog, ensuring there are clearly defined acceptance criteria signed off by business stakeholders.
- This role reports to the SAPMENA Project Program Manager, based in Singapore
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $7,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month
