Position Type: Full-Time/Contract
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in business development. You will gain hands-on experience in identifying new business opportunities, supporting strategic sales initiatives, and contributing to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and identifying potential clients and markets.
- Support the development of business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with senior team members to analyse market trends and competitive landscape.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with leads and client interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and sales performance analysis.
- Help organise and participate in networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
- Local Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. No experience is welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in business development.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
