About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled CISCO Webex Expert with a solid consulting background, particularly in the banking industry and knowledge of telecommunications regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing CISCO Webex solutions, ensuring they meet the stringent regulatory and security requirements of the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- CISCO Webex Implementation: Lead the design, deployment, and management of CISCO Webex solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and compliance with banking industry standards.
- Consulting & Advisory: Provide expert consulting services on the best practices for deploying CISCO Webex in highly regulated environments, particularly in banking and telecommunications.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all Webex implementations adhere to local and international telecommunications regulations, data privacy laws, and banking industry compliance standards.
- Technical Support: Offer advanced troubleshooting and support for CISCO Webex issues, working closely with IT and security teams to resolve problems swiftly.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs for IT staff and end-users on the effective use of CISCO Webex tools and features.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with CISCO and other third-party vendors to stay updated on the latest Webex features, security updates, and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the Webex solution meets organizational goals.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Webex deployments, configurations, and compliance checks.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience working with CISCO Webex in a consulting capacity, with a strong focus on the banking and telecommunications sectors.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of telecommunications regulations and banking industry requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CISCO Webex, including hands-on experience with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Consulting Skills: Strong advisory skills, with the ability to guide clients through complex regulatory and technical landscapes.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with data privacy laws, financial regulations, and telecom standards affecting Webex implementations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: CISCO certifications related to Webex and telecommunications (e.g., CCNA Collaboration, CISCO Webex Contact Center Expert) are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in the banking sector, specifically in roles requiring a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with global teams and managing large-scale CISCO Webex deployments.
